{"id":5224,"date":"2026-03-04T15:51:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T14:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tropicaplanet.com\/?page_id=5224"},"modified":"2026-03-04T15:51:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T14:51:00","slug":"multi-year-accessibility-plan","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tropicaplanet.com\/en\/multi-year-accessibility-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"Multi-year accessibility plan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, on equal rights and opportunities, participation, and citizenship for all, requires all online public communication services to be accessible to everyone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-snd_title\">Accessibility Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital accessibility is a key concern in the development and provision of websites and applications, both for the public and for Jardinova SARL&#8217;s internal staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This commitment is illustrated by the development of this multi-year digital accessibility plan, combined with annual action plans, with the aim of supporting compliance with the RGAA (R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&#8217;Am\u00e9lioration de l&#8217;Accessibilit\u00e9 &#8211; General Accessibility Improvement Framework) and the gradual improvement of the websites and applications concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-snd_title\">Accessibility advisor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accessibility officer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating this multi-year plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their mission is to promote accessibility by disseminating standards and best practices, supporting internal teams through training initiatives, monitoring and ensuring compliance with Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, by conducting regular audits, either directly or through specialized consultants, to ensure that user requests are handled and, in general, to ensure the quality of service provided to users with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-snd_title\">Organization of digital accessibility considerations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking digital accessibility into account requires adapting the internal organization of production and management of the websites and applications concerned, providing support to staff, modifying market procedures, and, finally, assisting people with disabilities when they report difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following points describe the key areas on which Jardinova SARL will focus in order to improve the digital accessibility of all its websites and applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-snd_title\">Taking digital accessibility into account in projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jardinova SARL incorporates accessibility as a component of projects currently under development, including ongoing website redesigns. Accessibility and RGAA compliance objectives are established and reiterated at the outset of projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, these objectives and requirements will be reiterated in any agreements established with our operators, delegates, or partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-snd_title\">Technical and functional scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-third_title\">Evaluation and qualification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapid accessibility assessments, which will serve as a basis for developing audit interventions, have been or will be carried out on all relevant sites and applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These assessments focus on a small number of criteria selected for their relevance in terms of evaluating the complexity and feasibility of compliance with RGAA standards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, on equal rights and opportunities, participation, and citizenship for all, requires all online public communication services to be accessible to everyone.
